You will be tested in 18 subject areas to see how you compare to more than 5,600 executives and managers who were participants at the Center for Creative Leadership. The report is designed for use by senior level people who are working with a coach or trainer and want to improve their work performance. The 260 questions on this test are a subset from the 434 questions on the famous California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI), which is why the name is now CPI 260. Your report will see how you compare to other leaders in Self-Management, Organizational Capabilities, Teamwork and Team Building, Problem Solving and Vision. You will understand your preferences, attitudes, and behaviors better, so you can build on your strengths and work on areas where you need improvement. Since this test was designed for use with executives and senior managers, the core areas reflect how this group tends to act, so you can see how you compare.
Take the test and find out. Other areas you will be tested on include Handling Sensitive Problems, Understanding Others, Interpersonal Skills, Decisiveness, and ten more. You will receive personal suggested Action Steps to improve in each of the 18 areas in the report. Your answers will be compared to the sample of executives and managers, not the general population, so you will see how you compare to those people.
After you finish your test, you can schedule your mandatory feedback session to receive your report. You will receive an e-mail calendar to sign up for a group feedback session. Other people with the same report will be on the call. Please be sure to choose your correct time zone on the calendar.

You will receive an e-mail with your access code, which you can use for yourself or for someone else. You can order as many access codes as you need. Your access do not expire, so you can use them as you need them.After you finish your test, you can schedule your mandatory feedback session online. You can book a session for yourself or one for your entire group. You will receive your report by e-mail during your feedback session. Your will receive a 16 page report. The test has 260 questions, requires an 8th grade reading level, takes about 25 minutes to complete and is recommended for people 13 years and older.
You can get two combined reports from one test by upgrading. You will receive the Coaching Report for Leaders and the Client Feedback report for an additional $70. The Client Feedback Report has 26 scales and shows how you compare in areas such as Management Potential, Dominance, Independence, Empathy, Flexibility, and more.
